Previously, Merlo telehandlers were sold in the U.S. market and supported by a third-party distributor using the Merlo name. Merlo America is an official division of Merlo and is backed by the Merlo global brand and the Merlo family, who still own the company today.
Beyond a domestic headquarters, Merlo America has hired industry leaders who are fully committed to our U.S. partners and legacy customers. First, we have established the Merlo hotline, a one-stop resource for dealers and customers who can contact us for critical support or feedback. We have also established initiatives to better support customers, like the Merlo Direct and Loyalty programs.

This program allows you to access parts, service help and technical support from our South Carolina headquarters.

Merlo Direct is a new program from Merlo America to provide direct OEM support for customers who can’t easily access an official Merlo Dealer Partner. You are eligible for Merlo Direct if you own a Merlo machine and do not have an official Dealer Partner within 150 miles of the machine’s location. This program provides parts, technical, and service help from our headquarters in Rock HIll, SC.
