Who is Merlo America?

Merlo America is a wholly owned subsidiary, supporting the domestic U.S. market. We are headquartered in South Carolina and led by General Manager Cole Renken. Backed by Merlo’s 60-year history of performance and innovation, Merlo America is here to support Merlo customers and dealers with sales, product support, parts, technical support and training.

Previously, Merlo products were sold through an independent third-party distributor. Merlo America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Merlo backed by the Merlo global brand and the Merlo family, who still own the company today.

Here in the U.S., customers and dealers can expect lifetime product support. Merlo America is excited to offer The Merlo Hotline, a one-stop hotline for customer and dealer questions, and Merlo Direct, a customer support program for customers without a Dealer Partner within 150 miles of their product location.
